Project Description

We were appointed to provide quality assurance for the construction of 180 RDP units in rural Tamasikwa in Taung by the contractor Maloma Holdings. Our scope was t ensure these units were constructed in accordance to the specified design and the specified material meets the appropriate standard. Site inspection were conducted on a biweekly basis and OA Project was also responsible for providing technical solutions for an remedial works that were required. The Tamasikwa units were completed successfully and the municipality was happy with our services that it requested remedial recommendations for units that were constructed in Mokasa Phase 2. Unfortunately this phase was not completed for financial reasons.
