Project Description

We were appointed by the Tshabalala family to provide civil & structural engineering
services for the construction of their new luxury home in Leloko Lifestyle Estate. Our design
scope included that structural analysis and detailing of concrete raft foundation, suspended
floor slabs as well as the platforms designs and stormwater management. The client then
extended our appointment to a turnkey basis for the construction of the structural
components. The project also involved structural steel components that formed the entrance
frame and large window openings that were architectural features to the main bedrooms.
The project was completed successfully.
