Project Description

We were appointed by the owner to provide professional civil and structural engineering services for the construction of the new home for the Moatshe family. The architectural design of the house involves multiple terraces as well and long spans and cantilevers that provide challenging structural design and construction planning. The stormwater management also creates challenges in terms of final discharge based on the hill terrain and retaining wall heights. OA Projects is currently with structural design and construction on this project is scheduled for early 2025.
