Project Description

We were appointed by SA Metal Group as Turnkey Contractor for the upgrades of the new supervisor changes room and addition of all ablution facilities for the supervisor and staff. The project involved professional services for proposing a methodology converting the double volume into a suspended slab over the change room area. We design a rib and block slab over the stair to be demolished and provided a construction methodology that would minimize the operation disruption of the warehouse as well safety of all parties involved. The project was completed successfully, and the new change room is operational.
